1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Momentum World (hereinafter "Company"), you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use our services. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, without prior notice.
2. Description of Services
Momentum World provides videography, content creation, digital marketing, social media management, scriptwriting, video editing, targeted advertising, and consulting services. Services are provided on a subscription basis and/or upon special agreement.
3. Registration & Account
Access to certain services requires creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. The Company is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments & Charges
Payments for subscription plans are processed through secure payment providers (Stripe). Billing is automatic and monthly. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice before implementation.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. No partial or full refunds are available for already-billed periods. Appointments and bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, graphics, logos, designs, software) is the intellectual property of Momentum World and is protected by applicable laws. Material created as part of service delivery remains the property of the Company until full payment. After full payment, a non-exclusive license of use is granted to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of followers, engagement rate, views). Marketing services are provided "as is." The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid in the last month of subscription.
8. Client Obligations
The client is obligated to provide required materials and information in a timely manner. Delays on the client's part are not the Company's responsibility and do not extend delivery deadlines. The client guarantees that provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights.
9. Bookings & Appointments
Bookings through the platform are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments. In case of cancellation by the Company, a new appointment will be scheduled at no additional charge.
10. Termination
The Company is entitled to suspend or terminate your account and access to services, without prior notice, if it deems that these terms or the law are being violated.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
